    Personal data administrator

    The administrator of your personal data is EVO Payments International s.r.o. with registered office at Hvězdova 1716/2b, 1400 00 Prague 4 - Nusle, hereinafter referred to in this report as Revopayments. Revopayments has appointed a Data Protection Officer, whom you can contact in any matter concerning the processing of your personal data, by e-mail at dpo_eu@evopayments.com or in writing to the correspondence address: Bird & Bird DPO Services SRL, Avenue Louise 235 b 1, 1050 Brussels, Belgium. 

    The personal data you provide will be processed for the purposes of servicing customers and prospective customers via the Revopayments hotline. The legal basis for the processing of data is the provision of telephone services, including in connection with the performance of the contract referred to in Article 6, paragraph 1/b of the General Data Protection Regulation and for the purpose of monitoring the quality of service. The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of Revopayments referred to in §6, para 1/f of the General Data Protection Regulation, the legitimate interest of Revopayments is to ensure the highest quality of the services provided. Your personal data may be transferred to entities that process personal data for Revopayments, including entities that provide Revopayments with services related to the performance of the contract, entities that provide service and maintenance of the Revopayments hotline, as well as to IT systems and service providers. Records of conversations from the Revopayments Infoline will be retained for as long as necessary to deal with the matter to which the conversation relates, including the performance of the contract. The processing period may be extended each time by the period by which claims are overdue, if the processing of your personal data is necessary for Revopayments to establish or assert claims or defend against such claims. You have the right to access the content of the data and to request its correction, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to data transfer and the right to object to the processing of the data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you feel that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation. You also have the right to object to the processing of data for service quality monitoring on grounds related to your personal situation. The collection of your personal data through call recording is required by Revopayments to provide telephone services. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to serve you through Revopayments' hotline.
