    Job title ISV Sales Partner Account Executive

    Reports to General Manager EVO Czech Republic

    Job purpose
    The Sales Partner Account Executive is prospecting activity to generate new opportunities for
    cooperation with software or hardware Partners in order to create innovative payments solution.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Identifying & Acquisitioning & Boarding of new Partners
    • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives of partner accounts
    • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
    • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
    • Support the Partner through the boarding process
    • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
    • Coordinates the involvement of the wider EVO team, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
    • Develop joined marketing and sales strategies with partners for income growth
    • Market and competitive intelligence collection and sharing information with relevant departments

    •  Minimum three years of B2B sales experience in the payments/telecomm/technology/fintech markets, within a target driven environment
    • Very strong goal-orientation
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong customer and service orientation
    • Good knowledge of the Czech technology marketExperience in stakeholder management at senior levels within partners
    • Performance skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Effective and responsible way of working
    • High flexibility and basic willingness to travel
    • Advanced English 
    • University degree
    • Good knowledge of MS-Office products
